1、盡量保持塑料件收縮均勻,保持模具熱平衡。

2、如果冷卻水孔的數(shù)量大約大,孔徑大約大,則對(duì)塑料零件的冷卻成果大約均勻。根據(jù)經(jīng)驗(yàn),冷卻水孔線與空腔壁的距離應(yīng)為冷卻水孔直徑的1~2倍(正常12~15mm),冷卻水孔距約為水孔直徑的3~5倍,水孔直徑約為8~12mm。
