脫模機(jī)構(gòu)的驅(qū)動(dòng)主要有兩種，即氣缸驅(qū)動(dòng)或油缸驅(qū)動(dòng)，為便于成型機(jī)各機(jī)構(gòu)的有益配合，擬定采用油缸驅(qū)動(dòng)。

稱重式上料機(jī)構(gòu)是取定一定重量的物料喂到模具中，其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是可以獲得準(zhǔn)確的上料量，缺點(diǎn)是需要一套復(fù)雜的機(jī)械電子機(jī)構(gòu)，因而增加機(jī)構(gòu)的造價(jià)。

The weighing feeding mechanism is to take a certain weight of material and feed it into the mold. Its advantage is that it can obtain accurate feeding amount, but the disadvantage is that it needs a set of complex mechanical and electronic mechanisms, so it increases the cost of the mechanism.

定容式上料機(jī)構(gòu)是取定一定容積的物料喂到模具中，其的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是機(jī)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、造價(jià)廉，缺點(diǎn)是較難得到準(zhǔn)確的上料量。

The constant volume feeding mechanism is to take a certain volume of material and feed it into the mold. Its advantages are simple mechanism and low cost, but the disadvantage is that it is difficult to get accurate feeding amount.

中盤所需要的原料不是相當(dāng)準(zhǔn)確，允許有一定的誤差，故擬定采用定容式上料機(jī)構(gòu)。

The raw material needed by the middle plate is not quite accurate, and there is a certain error allowed, so the fixed volume feeding mechanism is proposed.

一次性餐具模具推料機(jī)構(gòu)的作用是利用上模的旋轉(zhuǎn)，在加壓之前將料推開，以保障壁厚均勻，擬采用液壓馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)方式。

The function of pushing mechanism of disposable tableware mold is to use the rotation of upper mold to push the material away before pressurization, so as to ensure uniform wall thickness. It is planned to adopt hydraulic motor driving mode.

此種方式優(yōu)點(diǎn)是結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，但有沖擊、加工精度高，只適合功率的較小的場(chǎng)合

(2)棘輪棘爪間歇機(jī)構(gòu)：

(3)齒輪-齒圈傳動(dòng)：

齒輪-齒圈傳動(dòng)是工程機(jī)械中常用的驅(qū)動(dòng)方式，技術(shù)成熟，但是造價(jià)比較高。

(4)齒輪-銷齒傳動(dòng)：

齒輪-銷齒傳動(dòng)是齒輪-驅(qū)動(dòng)的變種，由于銷輪的輪齒是圓銷，與一般齒輪相比，具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、加工方便、造價(jià)底、拆修方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，故以其代替尺寸較大的漸開線齒輪時(shí)，有較大的優(yōu)良性。比較齒輪-齒圈傳動(dòng)越加適合在成型機(jī)上使用。
